We are seeking a motivated
Electro-Mechanical Assembly & Service Technician
to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with foundational technical skills who are eager to grow in a hands-on, high-precision manufacturing environment. You will support the assembly, testing, and servicing of complex electro-mechanical systems both in-house and at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities: Assemble electronic and mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and full systems according to schematics and work instructions. Fabricate wiring harnesses using soldering and crimping techniques. Perform functional testing and final pack-out of systems. Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance at customer sites with minimal supervision. Assist in system installations and field service activities as needed. Contribute to the creation and revision of operating and maintenance procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay Range: $16.45 - $21.58
Pay Range Explained: This role in Boulder, Colorado pays between $16.45 and $21.58 per hour, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations. We offer a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), and paid time off. You'll also be eligible for quarterly profit-sharing bonuses and flexible spending or savings accounts.
