The PSR I draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares specimens for lab testing while maintaining patient safety, comfort, privacy, and satisfaction of patients and clients. Demonstrates dedication to providing exceptional customer service to all clients including external and internal customers. The PSR I ensures the efficient operation of the phlebotomy lab through effective end to end specimen processing, in accordance with procedures and lab protocols. The PSR I demonstrates phlebotomy knowledge by accurately collecting specimens in the appropriate phlebotomy manner, preparing and transporting specimens properly according to established procedures.
