About The Role
We’re quickly scaling from a team of 20 to 100, and we need our first recruiting leader - someone who can build up our talent function from 0 to 1. This is a high trust role with massive scope and ownership, reporting to the Operations Lead. You’ll define how we hire, who we hire, and the backend systems and processes that power it all.
Founding Recruiter
- Partner directly with leadership and hiring managers to build and execute on our hiring roadmap.
- Design and implement scalable internal recruiting systems and processes, keeping our talent bar high as we grow our team.
- Source and close world-class builders across engineering, customer success, GTM, operations and more.
- Use our AI recruiter daily, giving Engineering real product feedback and influencing our product roadmap.
- Build an employer brand that attracts the best in the industry.
- You’ll start hands‑on – sourcing, interviewing, closing – with the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the company scales.
About You
- Have experience recruiting for startups or high‑performing tech teams
- Thrive in ambiguity and move quickly without waiting for permission
- Are analytical and enjoy building systems and processes
- Love finding and convincing exceptional people to join a mission early
- Care deeply about talent quality and culture fit, not just quotas
- Are energized by spending time in person with an ambitious team in SF

Compensation Range: $90K - $160K
