HR Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an HR Assistant with 3 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Temp to Perm opportunity, located in Glastonbury, CT
Responsibilities:

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including document collection and system updates
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems
  • Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
  • Coordinate HR-related communications and schedule meetings/interviews
  • Help prepare reports on HR metrics such as turnover, headcount, and compliance
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate employee data
  • Track and follow up on mandatory training and compliance requirements
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events
  • Support internal audits by gathering and verifying HR documentation
  • Help manage digital filing systems and ensure proper document retention
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
Experience:
  • 3 years of HR experience
Employment Type: Temp to Perm
Work Site: On-Site
Salary: $25-27/hr

Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
