Job Description

• Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and inspectors.
• Manage schedules, inspections, and documentation throughout the build process.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Superintendent in retail or restaurant construction.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly to job sites across the region.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction documents.
• OSHA certification preferred.
