  • Sr. Project Manager

    Job Summary:
    Seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale IT and business projects involving modernization and COTS implementations. The role requires managing full lifecycle agile projects and ensuring delivery using PMI best practices.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end IT/software projects.

    • Handle project planning, scheduling, risk, communication, quality, and vendor management.

    • Collaborate across teams and manage resources and stakeholders.

    • Ensure compliance with PMI methodology and governance standards.

  • Required Qualifications:

    • Certifications: PMP (PMI) – Active | CSM or PMI-ACP – Active

    • Experience:

      • 7+ years in Agile/Scrum and IT methodologies

      • 7+ years in integration planning, vendor management, and COTS implementation (desired)

      • Managed ≥2 full lifecycle Agile projects (≥10 team members)

      • 5+ years in business analysis

    • Tools: MS Project, SharePoint, Visio, MS Office Suite

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field

    • Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation abilities
