Seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale IT and business projects involving modernization and COTS implementations. The role requires managing full lifecycle agile projects and ensuring delivery using PMI best practices.Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end IT/software projects.

Handle project planning, scheduling, risk, communication, quality, and vendor management.

Collaborate across teams and manage resources and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with PMI methodology and governance standards.

Required Qualifications:
-
Certifications: PMP (PMI) – Active | CSM or PMI-ACP – Active

Experience:
-
7+ years in Agile/Scrum and IT methodologies
-
7+ years in integration planning, vendor management, and COTS implementation (desired)
-
Managed ≥2 full lifecycle Agile projects (≥10 team members)
-
5+ years in business analysis

Tools: MS Project, SharePoint, Visio, MS Office Suite

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation abilities
