Job Description
This role provides comprehensive program and project management support for Navy technical programs (notably CTF Program work). Responsibilities include managing schedules, resources, budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of program milestones at the ACAT I/II level
Key Responsibilities
- Earned Value Management (EVM): Capture, track, and analyze program cost and schedule performance indicators such as BCWS, BCWP, and EAC.
- Master Scheduling: Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to manage all program milestones and changes.
- Production Scheduling: Coordinate with engineering and management staff to ensure timely procurement and allocation of materials and resources.
- Resource Optimization: Recommend allocations for material, labor, and other resources to meet program timelines efficiently.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop charts and dashboards using Microsoft Office Suite and Primavera to visualize cost and schedule variances
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. ; required for all key and non-key personnel
- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited college or university.
- Experience: At least five (5) years in project management involving scheduling, timetabling, and production support at an ACAT I/II Program level.
- Certifications: Not explicitly required, but experience with DoD or Navy systems is essential.
Required DoD Systems, Tools, and Framework Experience
- Software: Microsoft Project, Excel (Pivot Tables, Charts, Graphs), and Primavera Software Platform for scheduling.
- Frameworks: ACAT I/II level project control and Earned Value Management (EVM) practices.
- Security/Information Systems: Familiarity with NMCI and DoD systems for classified project management.
