Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in a precision-machined component environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of inspection/measurement techniques.
• Working knowledge of material characteristics and special processes (e.g., thermal treatment of steel).
• Ability to assess machine tool capabilities and consult on tooling needs.
• Ability to efficiently communicate complex technical information.
