located in

Ogden, UT

on the foothills of the Wasatch Mountains, on the western flank of the Rockies. The General Manager of Food Services will oversee Resident Dining with traditional Food On Demand for approximately 400 boarding students, and food retail formats for 23,000 commuter students, a high end Wild Cat Room with its own chef, over $1M in Catering and Concessions for Football stadium and indoor arena for Basketball and Volleyball. What You Bring The ideal candidate will : have previous high volume dining management background or multi-venue retail experience , preferable in a campus setting, Be an independent decision maker , taking initiative and being proactive - program forward. Have demonstrated financial acumen – strong in labor and food costing, increasing sales and maintaining monthly budgets. Have proven abilities in mentoring and training food service team – keeping them motivated and team focused on providing a high level of service – Employee Engagement is essential! Be strong collaborator and communicator ! Demonstrated technical expertise,exceptional organization skills, and the ability to handle a high degreeof stress in a dynamic environment will be required.
