Job Description Seeking a seasoned technical leader to lead and grow multi-region, global emulation cloud systems. This role is responsible for defining the operational structure, establishing best practices, and delivering technical solutions in a complex, global infrastructure environment. Key Responsibilities
Define and continuously improve operating structures, processes, and procedures for cloud and infrastructure services. Establish and enforce infrastructure best practices, staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements. Serve as a subject matter expert for infrastructure initiatives, particularly in High Performance Computing (HPC) environments. Drive operational excellence by achieving high standards of reliability, managing operations efficiently, and meeting SLAs. Identify and drive key metrics to measure reliability and efficiency. Develop processes to track and scale key metrics for reliability, efficiency, and scalability. Create and optimize processes to improve operational effectiveness at scale. Manage communication with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Partner with leadership to prioritize infrastructure technologies supporting growth and innovation. Requirements
BS with 12+ years, MS with 10+ years, or PhD with 8+ years of experience. Proven experience in HPC, networking, storage systems. Ability to operate and manage large-scale enterprise environments. Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams and cross-functional programs. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of incident, change, and alert management processes. Familiarity with cloud security practices and risk mitigation. Proficiency in analytics for performance forecasting and optimization. Experience with mission-critical enterprise services and applications. Nice to Have
Experience in EDA and emulation. Expertise in cloud security protocols (SOC2, ISO, etc.). The annual salary range for California is $178,500 to $331,500, with potential incentives including bonuses, equity, and benefits. Compensation varies based on qualifications and location. Benefits include paid vacation, holidays, 401(k), stock purchase plans, and medical options. Additional Details
