Sales Delivery Specialist – Join our team as a Sales Delivery Specialist and play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll build long‑lasting relationships, become a trusted problem‑solver, and an expert in the RV industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist Delivery Coordinators to host customers on delivery day from arrival to departure, creating an engaging and fun experience.
• Become an RV expert and effectively teach customers how to fully utilize their RV (training provided).
• Use a guided delivery sales presentation to showcase RV accessories customers will need and want for a successful RV experience, including coordinating installation of purchases.
• Work collaboratively with the special‑order parts team, sales, and technicians to locate and identify needed parts and accessories.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma.
• Previous customer service experience required; familiarity with a retail environment a plus.
• Sales experience highly desired.
• Quick learner with a friendly, outgoing and goal‑oriented personality.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
