Overview

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for structuring, organizing, and analyzing business-specific data to enable effective reporting, insights, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL data management and analytics and will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure all data needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure, organize, and analyze data to support effective decision‑making across business functions.
• Transform raw data from multiple sources into curated, easy-to-use datasets for reporting and analysis.
• Take ownership of existing SQL jobs, processes, and datasets to ensure optimization and alignment with best practices.
• Provide data support to teams and analysts; interface with strategic stakeholders to ensure accuracy and usability of data outputs.
• Monitor SQL processes to ensure timely and accurate data refreshes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with teams to define metrics, identify trends, and present findings to leadership.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education : Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Experience : 3 5 years of database or data analysis experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Expertise in relational databases stored procedures functions and SQL job management.
• Strong SQL query‑writing and analytical/aggregate function skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as Apex and Tableau preferred.
• Proficiency in research, audit, and problem‑solving.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in work.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
• Self‑motivated and able to manage time, set priorities, and meet deadlines independently.
• Adaptable and open to change in a fast‑paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• $57.00 / hour paid weekly on Fridays.
