Position Details

Position Type: Part‑time, benefit eligible position working every other weekend

Shifts Available: Every Other Weekend Evening 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Wage: $17.50 to $19.50 per hour, depending on experience.

Location: 1438 County Road C East, Maplewood, MN 55109

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Greet guests, answer questions, and direct visitors throughout the facility.
• Answer incoming calls, transfer calls, and take messages.
• Provide word‑processing and data support as needed.
• Help answer basic technology/computer questions.
• Sort mail and complete other administrative tasks as assigned.
• Complete additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a multi‑line phone system.
• Experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Able to demonstrate and provide outstanding customer service.
• Familiarity with MS Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self‑starter with a desire to be part of a team.
