Webomates ‘ CQ (Continuous Quality) is a revolutionary cloud-based testing platform powered by AI technology that makes software testing effortless and helps companies significantly improve the quality of production software. As an AI TaaS-based service, the team has built multiple tools that help automate different web, mobile native, Windows, and OTT platforms.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive with 1 year of hands‑on experience in Human Resources, particularly in employee onboarding and training coordination. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering seamless onboarding experiences and supporting the development and execution of training programs to ensure smooth employee integration and continuous development.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding:

  • Coordinate and conduct end‑to‑end onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Prepare onboarding documentation, kits, and schedules.
  • Act as a point of contact for new employees during their initial days.
  • Conduct induction sessions and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Liaise with IT/admin departments for system setup and workspace arrangements.

Training:

  • Identify training needs in collaboration with team leads and managers.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions (internal and external).
  • Maintain training records and attendance.
  • Assist in evaluating training program effectiveness through feedback and reporting.
  • Support the implementation of employee development initiatives.

General HR Support:

  • Maintain employee records and documentation.
  • Support other HR functions as needed, including employee engagement activities and HR reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1+ year of relevant HR experience, particularly in onboarding and training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
