Barista / Cashier

Compensation: Hourly.

TradeWinds Resort is a Tampa Bay Times Top Workplace with two destination resorts on St. Pete Beach. We are looking for a friendly, energetic Barista/Cashier to build lasting memories for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner while providing quick, responsive customer service.
• Promote sales of retail merchandising.
• Ensure the quality of food and service is outstanding, displaying warmth and friendliness to guests.
• Respond to all guest requests to ensure client satisfaction; willing to "pitch‑in" and help co‑workers with their job duties and be an outstanding teammate.
• Maintain outstanding hygiene, greeting customers and keeping them happy, and taking orders.

Qualifications

• High School / GED.
• Prior barista experience.
• Outgoing and friendly personality, with a service mentality and a strong work ethic.
• Must have open availability; weekends and holidays are our busiest times.
• Proven ability to work successfully both as a team and independently.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, food outlet environment.
