LHH is working with one of our larger clients in their search for an Accounting Admin to support their team in downtown Columbus, OH. This position would be covering the client's busy season through the holidays and into the new year. This role will onsite (free parking provided). Main responsibilities include supporting the team with administrative duties such as opening and sorting mail and managing the department email box.

Responsibilities

  • Opening and scanning mail
  • Handling team mailbox which gets 50-100 emails daily
  • Downloading and saving documents in the correct location
  • Communicate with other departments in regards to special projects

Qualifications

  • Effectively manage priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Have the ability to audit and review data for accuracy
  • Be able to work independently with attention to detail, documentation, and follow-through

Hours

  • Onsite - downtown Columbus with parking provided
  • Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM (some flexibility with hours)
  • Casual attire
