GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Part‑Time Security Officer – Concierge.

What matters most in this role is your ability to build meaningful connections and provide exceptional customer service across all shifts in a variety of environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Responsibilities

• Customer‑service duties – welcome visitors, verify identity, and guide them through the facility
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols and identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass a comprehensive screening process
• Exceptional customer‑service skills
• Basic phone and computer proficiency
• Prior security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
