This role is a Territory Account Executive (Business Development) focused on driving revenue growth at the local level for Kustom's premier restoration services, including water, fire, mold, and storm damage solutions.

Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr + commissions.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a territory‑specific sales plan to achieve revenue targets for residential and commercial restoration services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local commercial and residential clients.
  • Educate clients on Kustom's restoration services, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with local operations teams to align sales efforts with project execution, ensuring seamless delivery of restoration services and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to showcase Kustom's value proposition.
  • Negotiate and close contracts, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Represent Kustom at local industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify emerging opportunities for restoration services.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of sales activities and pipeline progress in Salesforce; provide regular sales reports and forecasts to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in restoration, construction, or related industries, with a focus on local market growth.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships at the local level.
  • Experience collaborating with operations teams to support service delivery and growth initiatives is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
