- Must have an engineering degree will NOT consider anyone without that type of degree.
- Looking for someone that has experience on the manufacturing floor. This is not a 100% desk job but mainly on the production floor.
- Assembly/test experience a plus.
- This candidate will be the 1st line of defense for any issues/questions on the manufacturing floor - equipment, parts, prints, etc.

- Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of complex manufacturing processes across one or more facilities.
- This role plays a key part in driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and cost-effective production for both new and existing products.
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and layouts.
- Apply lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
- Lead or support large capital projects and cross-functional teams.
- Analyze and solve technical production issues using data-driven methods.
- Interface with suppliers, operators, and internal teams to optimize quality and efficiency.
- Prepare clear documentation including work instructions and process controls.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Strong knowledge of lean principles, CAD/CAM systems, and statistical process control.
- SME or ASME certification preferred.
