Trident Consulting is seeking a " Manufacturing Technician " for one of our clients in " St. Louis, MO "

Job Description:

Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location : St. Louis, MO

Mode: Contract - Only W2

Duration: 6 Months

Rate: $20-23/hr hr. on W2

Shift hours: 2:00PM - 10:30pm

Training will be on first shift: 6am-2:30pm

Position Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and cleanup of production equipment in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be punctual, detail-oriented, and committed to following strict safety and quality procedures, including aseptic techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and clean processing equipment (e.g., Autoclaves, Watson Marlow pumps, Bag Line, Filter Integrity testers).
• Execute and complete electronic batch records accurately within SAP.
• Perform production operations including hand-filling, equipment prep, and aseptic gowning.
• Conduct In-Process assays and handle technically challenging products.
• Safely deliver products to the warehouse using a motorized pallet jack.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including proper equipment cleanup and waste disposal.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, quality guidelines, and current manufacturing procedures.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding production status and any deviations.
• Support and guide less experienced technicians (Manufacturing Tech 1).

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proven punctuality and reliability.
• Ability to work 100% on-site in St. Louis, MO.
• Must be able to wear steel-toed shoes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Some college or an Associate's degree in a science-related field.
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SAP software.
• Knowledge of Aseptic Techniques.
• Experience with osmometers, pipetting, or safe chemical handling.
• Strong computer, mechanical troubleshaooting, and organizational skills.

Interview & Hiring Process:

• Interviews will be conducted on-site at 8:00 AM, Tuesday through Friday.
• This is a W2 contract position only; C2C is not eligible.
