What You'll Do

We're looking for a dynamic, creative, flexible LCSW who is interested in working with young, single mothers and children under age five at a DHS-funded family shelter. You'll lead a team of enthusiastic social workers who are assisting families with domestic violence and mental health counseling, working with special needs children, helping with mother/child bonding, and creating various projects and groups. You're someone who has great engagement skills, leads by example, and will serve as a role model and provide supervision for our LMSWs who are seeking LCSW certification. As needed, you may also function as a Client Care Coordinator, including coordination of services for an assigned caseload of clients.

You're a great fit for this role if you have: Current registration as an LCSW. Compassion and respect for parents and children who are experiencing homelessness. Strong supervisory skills. Creativity and experience with group skills. Compensation

Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage, prevailing wage, or exempt salary requirements under federal, state and local laws.
