Position Summary: Seeking a full-time, experienced Property Manager to lead daily operations, leasing, resident relations, and team management at a thriving apartment community. This role is ideal for a property management professional who wants to make a meaningful impact and grow their career in the multifamily industry. Responsibilities:
Manage daily property operations, leasing, and resident services Supervise on-site staff and coordinate maintenance and vendor management Achieve occupancy, retention, and financial goals Oversee property administration and compliance Utilize property management software (AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium, RealPage, Entrata, etc.) Deliver exceptional customer service and foster resident relations Ensure all operations align with property management best practices and compliance standards Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a property manager, apartment manager, or community manager Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills Professional business attire required Two forms of ID required for employment Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check. Due to the nature of this position and the apartment industry, candidates with convictions for violent crimes, theft, sex offenses, or other crimes involving dishonesty or harm to others will not be considered.
