Job Description
ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Maintenance Technician to complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs. We are looking for someone who has working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, doors: interior and exterior, water heater, and painting.

Responsibilities
Completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, and other equipment, systems or structures Ensures repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities Responds to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessary Assists in emergencies as needed Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older Minimum 1 year of experience performing building maintenance duties listed above Basic knowledge of proper use of power tools, hand tools. Basic knowledge of operating a computer and Microsoft programs Recognize various hardware parts and methods of repair for related tasks. Must possess organizational skills. Must be able to perform unsupervised
