Job Summary:

Lead Manufacturing Technicians are part of teams that design, develop, and manufacture electronic and software systems according to the medical device product requirements and specifications. Manufacturing Technicians work alongside both the NPI engineering teams and the production teams to assist with issues that occur prior to or during production.

Lead Manufacturing Technician may help provide work direction to the device assemblers in order to meet our customers' needs and values by delivering quality product and services.

The Lead Manufacturing Technician may help to identify resources or needs for troubleshooting and rework of printed circuit boards.

The Lead Manufacturing Technician can perform all tasks of the team to manufacture and test electro-mechanical software-based devices according to product requirements and specifications - and may rotate through all of them.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Test, troubleshoot, assemble, and rework of electronic systems Provide work direction when needed Perform checklist duties and database transactions on any assembly built by another person Identify assembly and test issues and suggest improvements Reinforce overall compliance with general standards and procedures Communicate work direction, issues, and solutions to Assemblers and associated teams Tackles problems and take independent action when faced with production roadblocks Recognize issues and respond systematically to discover root cause of issues Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required Associate Degree in an applicable field preferred 3-5 years of experience in the field of electronics design, assembly, or testing required Skilled in the use of electronic test and measurement equipment or skilled in soldering of electronic components Ability to work well both within teams and individually Skilled in the use of computers and ability to adapt to new technology with ease Ability to effectively motivate and lead a team towards a common goal Ability to read and accurately follow procedures Strong leadership abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Working Conditions:

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Subject to Mandatory Overtime requirements based on business demands Must Be Authorized to work in the United States Working Conditions:

Compensation and Total Rewards Package

The salary range for this position is outlined below under "Job Details" and is dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable employment laws.
