Job Description:
The Vending Billing Senior Representative position will perform the following duties:
Is responsible for the billing of vendor rebates and incentives and for creating any required documentation to support the billings and for researching questions.
Determines the settlement methodology (AP debit vs. vendor receivables) and execute transactions
Creates and accrues purchasing documents
Creates and accrues chargeback documents due to sales exclusions
Reviews pre-settlement and post-settlement data and makes appropriate adjustments
Creates documentation required to deduct from Accounts Payable
Reviews billing adjustments and research questions from vendors and operating companies
Invoices bid bill backs, vendor rebates, and sales tracking
Bills samples and manual entries
Sets up vending off invoice allowances
Verifies proper documentation received for samples, vending off invoice allowances and manual entries
Researches of vendor discrepancies
Daily balances specific general ledger account
Completes Account Payable deducts and reversals
Assists Vendor EI Analyst with various duties
