Summary
The Workday Analyst will function as a post-implementation consultant, partnering with the HR team and other business leaders to lead and support improvement efforts within the Workday System. This will range from business process improvements across multiple modules, to training end users, to as needed support on issue resolutions.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Serve as a Workday HRIS consultant supporting multiple modules including Recruiting, Benefits, Performance, Payroll, Time Tracking, HCM and others as needed. Supports the broader HR team in various functional areas to resolve urgent issues as needed in Workday Develop and deliver training documents and other documentation to ensure end user understanding of workday processes and procedures (SOPs, How-tos, etc.) Provide training to end users, department leads, and other team members as needed. Collaborates with HR functional leaders in process improvements to business processes in Workday and other functionality improvements, resolving urgent configuration issues as they arise. Test, validate, and implement system changes and enhancements to ensure optimal functionality and user experience in identified functional areas. We'll embrace all people by:
