LHH Recruitment Solutions is sourcing for a highly sought-after position as a Dental Assistant in Sacramento. This temporary role, lasting 3-6 months with a high chance of extension, requires a dedicated professional to support dental care delivery by preparing treatment rooms, patients, instruments, and materials. The successful candidate will work closely with dentists to ensure efficient and effective patient care

Location: Sacramento, CA

Pay: $25-$26 /hr

Work Type: Contract 3-6 months (high chance to extend)

Work Schedule: M-F, 8:30 am - 5 pm

Duties:

Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations by sterilizing and setting up instruments

Assist dentists during procedures by handing instruments and materials

Record treatment information in patient records

Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)

Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures

Maintain inventory of dental supplies and materials

Ensure compliance with infection control protocols

Qualifications:

Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in California

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on chair-side experience

Proficient in taking and developing dental radiographs

Strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Pay Details:

$25.00 to $26.00 per hour
