As an
Event Customer Service Representative , you'll be the friendly face of our campaigns - helping make every event a success. Your day-to-day may include:
Representing clients at
live promotional events , trade shows, and community pop-ups Greeting and engaging attendees - providing brand information and answering questions Creating a positive, energetic experience that drives customer interest and satisfaction Assisting with
event setup, breakdown, and display organization Managing product demos, giveaways, and interactive displays Collecting customer feedback and reporting insights to the event manager Supporting teammates and maintaining a professional, approachable presence at all times What We're Looking For
We're not looking for experience - we're looking for
attitude and drive . Ages 18-30 (typical team range, but all are welcome!) Strong communication and people skills - you enjoy conversation and teamwork Outgoing, reliable, and ready to learn Comfortable standing and interacting at events (indoor & outdoor) Professional appearance and punctuality Ability to work a flexible schedule (some weekends required) What We Offer Paid training
