POSITION SUMMARY:
Assist in activities and operationsrelated to Records Management which includes records storage, organization,tracking, imaging, and disposal of records in compliance with State's retentionschedules. Serve as a back-up to Recording Secretaries for committee meetingsand other meetings as needed. Coordinates with internal departments RecordsCoordinators ensuring the safeguarding and transparency of all the GreaterOrlando Aviation Authority's (GOAA) records.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Associatedegree in public administration, legal, or business administration, orpolitical sciences and two (2) years records management and/or governmentalclerical support experience, or an equivalent combination of education,training and experience. Experience in municipal, county, state governmentalagencies, or a legal firm with clerical experience highly desired. Maintains a current knowledge and awareness of applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures. General knowledge of the State of Florida Sunshine Laws or Public Records Law preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills, including demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically with executive level personnel. Demonstrated aptitude in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Pro and SharePoint, strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent composition and grammar skills Ability to multitask and change priorities as needed Must be able to work in a changing environment, under pressure, with tight schedules and constant interruptions Demonstrate the ability to maintain discretion and tact when handling information and other related matters Valid Florida driver's license BENEFITS:
