Description
We are seeking a strategic and analytical Senior Director,Pricing to lead pricing strategy, governance, and execution in partnership with finance, sales, and product teams. Reporting directly to the CFO, this highly cross-functional role will determine pricing approaches andarchitecture, optimize revenue, develop and manage deal desk operations, and ensure pricing decisions align with both customer value and business growth objectives.

Essential Functions
Pricing Strategy & Architecture
Define and implement the pricing strategy and architecture to maximize revenue and margin while ensuring competitiveness
Build and refine pricing models, frameworks, and tools to guide decision-making across product lines and markets
Partner with product management to develop pricing for new products, enhancements, and market launches
Conduct market pricing analyses, sharing insights to inform go-to-market and revenue strategies
Deal Desk & Governance
Establish and manage deal desk function to review and approve complex pricing proposals
Develop and enforce commercial policies and pricing governance to ensure consistency and compliance
Support sales teams with pricing guidance, playbooks, and training to improve deal quality and close rates
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with finance, sales, product, and marketing to align pricing with corporate strategy, customer value, and market trends
Collaborate on go-to-market strategies to ensure pricing aligns with positioning and sales enablement
Present pricing recommendations and performance insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders
Analytics & Insights
Analyze pricing data, deal performance, and market trends and aggregate and communicate insights
Continuously monitor KPIs and implement improvements
Education Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)

Experience

and Skills
8-10 years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue optimization, or related disciplines, with 5+ years in a leadership role
Proven success building and implementing pricing frameworks and deal desk functions in B2B or SaaS organizations
Strong understanding of financial modeling, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategy
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executives
Proficiency with financial modeling tools, CRM systems, and pricing analytics software
Experience collaborating across finance, sales, product, and marketing to drive alignment and business outcomes
