Responsibilities: • Performs functions associated with all manufacturing operations, fabricating wire harnesses, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, and components • Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process • Utilize measurement tools such as calipers, rulers, and tape measures for fabricating hardware. • Reads and interprets work instructions, schematics, wire lists, and drawings • Provides regular communication to shop leads and Work Center management on status and technical issues • Ensures quality of the hardware is maintained and company procedures are followed.
Required Skill Set :
High School diploma, GED or equivalent • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work under limited supervision. • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
Desired Skills Set : • IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certification • J-STD-001 Certification • Ability to multitask, prioritize • Experience or familiarity with ISO requirements, standards, and compliance issues
Education Qualification : Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
