Our client, a leader in fiberglass fabrication and manufacturing is seeking to hire a

Customer Service Representative

in Lake Mills, WI. This is a

full-time position

that includes a generous pay rate, full benefits, and PTO. This role will

sit onsite in Lake Mills, WI , and work from

8am-5pm Monday-Friday . In this position you will help support the sales team by using CRM software to track sales activities, provide product information to customers, respond to customer inquiries, manage sales leads, and process orders for shipments. This role works with a team of 7 office personal and a manufacturing team of 70 and takes responsibility for all B2B customer service issues

The key to this role is past experience acting as the point person on tactical issues with customers

which would include assuring all order specifications are correct, expediting quotes, fast tracking orders/delivery, and acting as the internal champion chasing any and all customer issues. The incumbent will:

Support the sales team by managing customer relationships, processing orders, and handling inquiries via phone and email. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Use CRM software to track sales activities, and provide product information to customers. Respond to customer inquiries, manage sales leads, and maintain positive relationships with customers. Process orders for shipment, coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment, and ensure the accuracy of sales information in the system. Present product information, features, and benefits to potential customers. Stay updated on market conditions and competitor activities. Help generate new business through customer outreach, and order follow-up. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in a CRM system. Qualifications

1+ years of experience in sales, sales support, or customer service. 1+ years experience in a role reading blueprints or diagrams for customer orders. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of tools. Experience with any CRM software and/or ERP software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred but not required

Bachelor's Degree Experience with SAGE Experience with Kanban ordering systems
