Our client, a leading organization in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Innovation Planning department supporting cross-functional teams including Marketing, R&D, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Manage innovation project plans from inception through to post-launch evaluation, ensuring timely delivery and full execution. Coordinate cross-functional inputs and maintain project networks using MS Project to keep projects on schedule. Ensure supply chain capacities and capabilities are aligned with innovation requirements across sourcing sites. Communicate effectively with all key stakeholders, including global and regional innovation planners, to facilitate project success. Prepare gate documents and decision papers, supporting the Unilever Innovation Project Management process for assigned projects. What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, R&D, Engineering, or related fields. At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Project Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, or R&D with new product development exposure. Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office tools. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively across teams. What's in it for me?
