Job Description
Develop and manage preconstruction budgets, schedules, and project plans. Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project goals are met. Analyze construction documents and coordinate estimating processes. Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions. Prepare and present detailed project proposals and reports to stakeholders. Oversee subcontractor selection and bidding processes. Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. Maintain clear communication with project teams to ensure alignment. The Successful Applicant
A successful Preconstruction Manager should have:
A strong background in construction management or a related field. Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
