We're seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our App Experience team, where you'll play a critical role in building and maintaining the user-facing features that make HiveWatch the primary security tool our customers rely on every day. You'll work on high-impact projects that directly influence how users interact with our platform, driving engagement and ensuring our product delivers exceptional value.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

Architect and develop new and existing user-facing products, features, and infrastructure in collaboration with the Product team to drive customer adoption and retention Support production systems through incident response, troubleshooting, and break-fix activities to maintain service reliability and customer trust Build and extend solutions with observability in mind to ensure service level agreements with our customers are met Reliably deliver features to our customers on AWS using Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and modern service delivery practices Mentor junior engineers and drive technical decisions that influence the App Experience team's architecture and development practices Participate in a 24/7 on call rotation approximately 1 week per month as needed OUR TECH STACK:

Languages: Kotlin, Rust. TypeScript, and Python Deployments: GitHub Actions, Terraform, Terragrunt, and Helm Infrastructure: AWS (Kinesis, Serverless, RDS, EKS), Kubernetes, Docker, PostgreSQL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

7+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in senior roles Frontend:

Strong experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks Proficiency with React, React Native, and Next.js Experience with GraphQL clients and API integration Backend:

Strong experience with Java or Kotlin and Spring Boot Experience designing and implementing GraphQL APIs Proficiency with relational databases, SQL, and data modeling Experience building full-stack applications in microservice architectures Infrastructure:

Experience with modern cloud services and cloud-native development Experience with containerization and deploying applications to Kubernetes Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows General:

Strong system design skills and experience with distributed, high-scale applications Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work in agile environments PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

Strong experience with AWS Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code Background in security technology or enterprise software Startup experience and/or early stage SaaS experience Familiarity with Kubernetes for application deployment ADDITIONAL INFO :

Salary range for this position: $145,000 to $173,000 per year Eligible to participate in HiveWatch Equity Incentive Plan *Final offer will be at the company's sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of relevant experience and expertise, location, and other business considerations.
