Job Title:

Associate Data Enginee

Summary: Support the development of data engineering solutions on Azure with foundational skills in SQL and cloud platforms. Ideal for candidates ready to grow into a specialist role.

Responsibilities:

Assist in building data pipelines using Azure services.

Write and optimize SQL queries for analytics. Support CI/CD processes and cloud infrastructure tasks. Contribute to data governance and compliance efforts. Required Experience: • 2-3 years in data engineering or analytics using SQL.

Exposure to Agile and DevOps practices. Required Skills: • Basic experience with Azure Data Factory or Azure Databricks.

SQL, Python. PySpark Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub). Data Warehousing Concepts Preferred Skills: • Exposure to Spark and Azure Data Lake.

Experience with Power BI or Tableau. Awareness of data governance tools (e.g., Informatica Axon, BigID).

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.

Mandatory Skills: DataBricks - Data Engineering.

Experience: 5-8 Years.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
