Description
Essential Functions: Responsible for data extracts for all direct mail, analytical and projection initiatives. Coordinates direct mail schedules with Marketing Supervisor to insure timely arrival of direct mail pieces. Updates intensive spreadsheets regularly to update on-going reporting and tracking. Prepares post event/promotion analysis. Assists with creation of analytical reports for direct mail initiatives; additional reports as required. Builds all offers, prizes and awards in our player database. Ensures all offers, prizes and awards are communicated to end users (Players Club representatives). Tracks inventories and expenses for each assigned project. Maintain accurate customer account records and coupon/inventory. Responds to telephone and in-person inquires about direct mail offers, special events and promotions. Assists with execution of special events and promotions as needed. Assists in Players Club when necessary. Acts as a role model and always present ones self as a credit to Kickapoo Casino and encourages others to do the same. Ensures proper data entry standards are being followed in departments with access to database. Assists Marketing management with daily duties Understand the goals and vision of the casino, and demonstrate commitment to those goals in terms of individual and team performance. Performs other duties and projects as required by management. Physical Requirements: Walking, sitting or standing for long periods of time; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking, hearing and visual acuity. Occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs) Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills. Be able to reach, bend, and stoop. Ability to organize and coordinate multi tasks. Working Conditions
Busy office environment. Typical of that in a busy casino with heavy cigarette smoke accompanied with a variety of competing noises and communications Flexible hours (week-ends, nights, holidays) Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications for Consideration
Minimum of one year experience in sales, marketing or database analysis. Casino marketing experience a plus. Some college preferred. Strong analytical and computer skills. Effective communication skills. Able to gain confidence and build rapport with customers. Capable of developing approaches for implementing an idea. Ability to listen to what other people are saying and asking questions as appropriate. A combination of training, education, and experience that is equivalent to the employment standards listed above and that provides the required knowledge and abilities. Detail oriented, well organized, and self-motivated. Knowledgeable of relational database query software, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Access and Excel. Experience with Bally Technology player databases a plus. Specifically, the Casino Marketplace (CMP) product. Ability to work any shifts, weekends, and holidays. Documents that establish both Identity and Employment Eligibility. Kickapoo Tribal Gaming License.
