– Title Closing Role Position –
Fulltime Location
– Jenkintown, PA Salary -
$Open (Best Possible) Responsibilities: Follow up and communicate with internal team, lenders, agents, and clients to ensure all matters are addressed prior to closing. Review title search/commitment to address all curative matters. Facilitate all lender title requests as needed. Confirm all scheduled closing appointments with transaction parties. Process files as needed (surveys, HOA/COA, mortgages, utilities, etc.). Prepare CDs, settlement statements, deeds, and other settlement documents. Attend and conduct closings. Escrow officer functions (fund and disburse closing files). Post close files as needed including e-recording. Other duties may be assigned as needed. 3 plus years of recent Title Closing experience desired. Superior interpersonal skills. Good computer skills. High School Diploma or GED required.
