Responsibilities: Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. Measure and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, etc.). Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper techniques. Support nursing staff with documentation and patient care duties. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment. Observe and promptly report changes in residents' condition or behavior. Adhere to infection control, safety, and facility protocols. Qualifications:
Active
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
license in New York. 6 months to 1 year of CNA experience in a long-term care or nursing home setting preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
