Job Description:
We are looking to supplement the existing team with two (2) Business Analysts to help keep these time sensitive initiatives on track. We hope that these resources will be able to work in tandem with the existing team to leverage their deep business knowledge and expand our current operations and scope. High-Level Effort Goals: Manage, monitor, track, milestones, collect, maintain and revise requirements, test, train and release projects. (2) Business Analysts: Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of gaps in current processes.
OUTLINE OF RESPONSIBILITIES: • Partner with stakeholders across business units (to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams • Evaluate, analyse, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties • Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation • Conduct daily systems analytics to maximise effectiveness and troubleshoot problems • Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimised systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendation
MANDATORY MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree or a Master's degree in business, management, information technology or a related field from an accredited college or related field.
PREFERABLE QUALIFICATIONS: Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio/Lucidchart High proficiency in documentation and communication with stakeholders Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work as a team member Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
