Summary
IT InfrastructureManager
Salary Range: $126,000- $200,000/ Yr.
***Must be willing to relocate to Henderson, NV in June of 2026***
The IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the on-premise and cloud systems landscape for the organization. This includes providing hands-on support, and day-to-day Information Systems support of a global organization including Network, Telecommunications, Workstations, Servers and Data Storage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Network and Telecommunication:
Lead team in design, installation, upgrade and troubleshooting of the following:
Core network functionality, connectivity and hardware of local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN). Internet connectivity, utilization and service providers. Remote connectivity including VPN and remote desktop. Voice over IP (VOIP) and voicemail systems. Cell phones and Smartphones. Video Conferencing and room automation.
Workstations, Printers and End-User Support:
Lead team in new installations, upgrades and troubleshooting of workstations, laptops, tablets, handhelds, printers and copiers as well as support of software applications.
Servers and Data Storage:
Lead team in architecting, installing and upgrading of servers including hardware, software, peripherals, BIOS and firmware. Team is also responsible for the following:
Apply hardware and software vendor specific patches or fixes. Monitor and maintain the company E-mail system. Monitor and manage disk groups, hosts and virtual disks in a SAN.
Project Management / Leadership:
Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change. Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Accurately estimate workload and deliver high quality work product in a timely manner. Flexible and adaptable to work in a dynamic environment. Work under pressure and change priorities with short notice.
Team Work:
Strong teamwork orientation with peers, subordinates and management. Mitigate team conflict and communication problems. Effectively utilize each team member to his/her fullest potential. Employees are expected to care for and protect high value items.

Willingness to work on projects and problems during off hours, weekends, holidays and to address production down issues 24/7. Ability to work with developers and end users in a professional manner to resolve business critical problems in a high stress environment. 0-5% Travel Required. Desired Qualifications
BS Degree Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification
Education
Bachelor's Degree BA/BS/BFA/BSA from a four-year college or university is required, plus additional related experience, training and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
