Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items. We employ more than 1,900 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana and offices in Jersey City, Tokyo, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Toronto, Guadalajara, Dallas, and Paris.

We’re looking for a Partnership Operations Associate to join our team and provide direct administrative and operational support to Authentication Guarantee Operations leadership. This role is where Collector Obsession meets operational excellence—you’ll serve as a direct liaison between our Operations team and a key strategic partner, ensuring we always work backwards from collector needs.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities. You’ll play a key role in maintaining efficient communication and coordination across departments, embodying our commitment to Get It Right in everything from project tracking to confidential documentation.

You’ll report to the Manager, eBay and work from our Santa Ana, CA office. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm, but may require occasional travel and overtime to meet the needs of the business.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate communication between internal teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners with transparency and efficiency.

Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation with a high degree of accuracy—because Every Item is Special and every detail matters.

Help plan and execute leadership meetings, events, and team communications that foster collaboration.

Assist with project tracking, onboarding activities, and operational recordkeeping, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Support company initiatives tied to authentication operations, logistics, and site coordination (mainly partner with brand protection and explain discrepancies between authentication and PSA grading).

Manage executive scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.

Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion, demonstrating our commitment to Lead With Integrity.

Seek Feedback Early and Often—share progress on projects at early stages and incorporate input to improve outcomes.

Put the Skunk on the Table—surface operational challenges promptly so the team can address them quickly.

Who You Are

6+ years of customer service and/or administrative experience, preferably supporting leadership or multi-site operations.

Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills—you know how to Start With Why and provide context when solving problems.

Strong customer service experience with a natural inclination to Be Kind and assume positive intent.

Strong project management skills; experience with project management tools a plus.

Proficient in Google Workspace.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality.

Quick to understand complexities in high‑paced environments and adapt accordingly.

Hourly Range:

$28.75 - $32.75 per hour. Actual compensation in this range will be based on a variety of non‑discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience, and skill set.
