Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule Day shift, 4 - 10 hour shifts, from 07:30 to 18:00 with call requirements.
Job Description The Registered Nurse in the Cath Lab will provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac procedures. The role involves circulating, documenting, and ensuring patient safety and comfort during procedures. Candidates must meet the on-call requirements outlined in the job details.
Responsibilities
Circulate and document during cardiac catheterization procedures.
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the process.
Participate in on-call rotation as directed by the Nurse Manager.
Complete ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Minimum of 18 months of recent Cath Lab experience.
MUST have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand.
AHA BLS & ACLS certifications required.
Epic experience is mandatory.
