Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $2,650 per week

HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Cleveland, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 12/01/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days, nights, rotating Employment Type: Travel Job Description: Registered Nurse – Med/Surg Tele (MS/Tele) Location: Cleveland, OH 44195 Duration: 13 weeks Shifts: 3x12-hour day or night shifts (rotating) Key Responsibilities Deliver patient-centered care in the Med/Surg Tele unit. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Perform ECG rhythm recognition and medication administration safely. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members. Maintain accurate documentation and use the Qualivis – Lotus system for reporting hours. Participate in orientation and competency assessments (safeMedicate, ECG rhythm recognition). Work at least every other holiday as required. Qualifications Minimum 18 months permanent experience in MS/Tele nursing. Permanent Ohio RN license or Compact State license (for starts 1/1/23 and forward). Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications . One managerial reference in the specialty is required. Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments. Must be available for on-site badging and fingerprinting before start date. Preferred Skills Strong clinical judgment and patient assessment skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, acute care environment. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
