Senior Project Manager
IEQ Capital is a Registered Investment Advisor seeking to transform traditional wealth management. The Role The PM will lead a cross‑functional team of business, technical and function experts, and work directly with the COO to manage all aspects of the firm's development and enhancements. The PM is responsible for the successful completion of implementation and upgrade projects. The PM will have primary ownership of the project deliverables assigned to project team and will provide day‑to‑day direction to the project team. They will be responsible for developing the detailed project schedule, ensuring all tasks are completed and delivering the project within the financial parameters set forth in the Statement of Work including any approved scope changes and communicating the project status to the stakeholders and successfully delivering the project in accordance with the prescribed methodology.
The PM must be able to manage a portfolio of projects from kick‑off through post Go‑Live support phases. Analytical and technical thinking across multiple areas of responsibility with an understanding of their role and its impact on business results.
Key Duties:
Guide all phases of the project lifecycle
Communicate changes to appropriate parties
Track progress towards achievement of project goals
Allocate resources where necessary to implement solutions and to resolve problems
Coordinate with different teams
Assist in defining project scope and objectives
Coordinate with resource planning to schedule and allocate resources
Develop project plans and work schedules for individual consultants and development resources
Monitor project activities and identify any open issues / risks in each of the phases proactively
Defining project deliverables and critical target milestone dates
Maintain the issue list and prioritize issue resolution
Assist consultants and individual teams in executing activities and producing deliverables
Collaborate with Key Partners, Subject Matter Experts, Technical Product Owners and Developers to define project scope, complete project deliverables and direct deadlines
Work with cross‑functional teams across IEQ to continuously improve operations processes, training, and documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years' experience in the implementation of Project Management
Ability to manage portfolio of 10+ projects in various lifecycle phases
Ability to summarize information, tailor communication style and content for different stakeholders
Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams
Possesses confidence with navigating an escalation process
Skilled in building trusted relationships with team members and project leaders
Experience assessing, organizing and managing priorities within an organization
Strong written, oral, and presentation skills with the ability to present information clearly
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce experience
Certification in a related process (CAPM, PMP, Lean Sigma Six, Agile CSM)
Financial Services experience
Compensation The salary range for this role, inclusive of base and bonus, is $130,000 - $160,000, depending on skills and experience.
