Job Description The warehouse of the future contains high-density, high-precision racking with automated pallet shuttles (like ouratlas 1D) instead of wide aisles that forklifts need to pass through.
Our customers benefit from much better utilization of their warehouses (up to 70% more pallet storage than traditional rack!), maximized vertical space, improved accuracy in pallet selection, and minimized labor costs and product damage.
Over the span of more than 40 years, we’ve grown into a company with 10 manufacturing facilities, 19 commercial offices, and the know-how of around 2000 employees serving customers in 40 countries.
Early 2021, we opened our US Office and have already grown to around 50 people. It’s exciting times to be at stow!
Location: Adairsville, GA, United States
Responsibilities
Perform stability calculations in accordance with applicable safety, feasibility, and stability standards.
Provide general technical support to the Key Account sales team, including training for the back-office teams.
Develop logistical solutions based on technical specifications to achieve optimal capacity, cost efficiency, and product compliance.
Calculate component compositions and prepare accurate quotation prices accordingly, including full technical documentation when required.
Prioritize tasks and projects in consultation with the direct manager to ensure timely preparation of quotations.
Communicate with our dedicated supplier strictly on technical concepts.
Create and update technical drawings using AutoCAD and/or Inventor, provide timely reports and requested information to our supplier and Key Account Manager.
Work closely with our sales engineer.
Qualifications
Experience in order processing, customer service, or logistics (SAP knowledge is a plus)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Educational background in engineering (electromechanical, mechanical, or construction)
Proficiency in Excel + AutoCAD
Presentation skills
Knowledge of static calculations + SAP
Detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Proactive mindset with a strong team-player attitude
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
