We are seeking a Business Intelligence Developer who is eager to leverage their technical expertise to drive value for analysts, business leaders, and field teams. This role adheres to the best practices and conventions established by the Mission Pet Health Development and IT teams. The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, collaborative, capable of managing multiple priorities, and skilled at translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable data solutions using the Microsoft tech stack (ADF, SSMS, SSAS, Power BI), as well as Python and AWS products.

Manage a diverse workload and meet deadlines consistently.

Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, well‑rounded solutions.

Communicate findings and insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Continuously improve existing products, processes, and data pipelines.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, or Information Science (graduate degree preferred).

3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in technology, healthcare, or retail.

Proficiency in SQL, Python, and DAX.

Experience designing and developing enterprise‑level reports and dashboards.

Self‑starter with strong analytical and coding skills — able to interpret data, validate results, derive insights, and build actionable solutions.

Excellent project management, organizational, and attention‑to‑detail skills.

Ability to perform under pressure and deliver consistent, high‑quality results.
