We are actively recruiting an Assistant Coach for the Boys and Girls JV/Varsity Swim Team. The Assistant Coach assists the head coach with organizing the sport within the Athletic Program, conducts practices, motivates students, and instructs student athletes in game strategies and techniques.
Position Details
Work Year: 3 Months
School Year: 2025-2026, Winter Season
Work Hours: Monday - Friday late afternoons, and weekends
Stipend Range: $1,560 - $3,450 – Compensation is commensurate with qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
One year of positive and effective experience with a track record of leadership in an interscholastic program as a coach, or other related athletic experience.
Background in teaching preferred, with experience working with adolescents.
Knowledge of the value of athletics and competition at the intermediate and high school level.
Substantial knowledge of the game as demonstrated through the development of comprehensive practice plans, offensive and defensive schemes, implementation of off-season expectations for student athletes, and implementation of effective contemporary coaching practices.
