Base Pay Range $75,000.00/yr – $85,000.00/yr

Sign‑On Bonus Available! Full‑time or part‑time, hybrid.

Location Tracy, Mountain House, Lodi, Stockton, Manteca, Lathrop.

Job Summary The BCBA provides clinical supervision and oversight for programs implemented by the Supervisor/BCaBA and Behavior Interventionists. The BCBA will design, implement, and monitor ABA programs for individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and other delays.

Essential Job Functions

Design, develop, and implement ABA programs for individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and/or delays.

Collaborate with families and professionals to tailor ABA programs to each client’s specific needs.

Deliver individual and group learning experiences to help clients achieve treatment goals.

Meet with, train, and supervise mid‑level supervisors/BCaBA and direct care staff.

Conduct assessments, write treatment goals, analyze data, and produce progress reports.

Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments using standardized assessment tools under Clinical Director supervision.

Develop and oversee behavioral plans for children.

Assist in developing adaptive skills for the individual, promoting independence in school, home, and community settings.

Provide behavioral consultation to families and schools.

Supervise ABA programs and support staff in daily routines, communication, safety, and self‑help skills.

Empower parents and caregivers to facilitate client success.

Maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and staff.

Define target behaviors, write treatment goals, coordinate evidence‑based interventions.

Model and train support staff on intervention strategies.

Schedule ABA sessions and handle unplanned adjustments or cancellations.

Meet weekly with families/caregivers via in‑clinic or telehealth to review progress and adjust treatment plans.

Requirements

Availability for a consistent weekly schedule, including afternoons and evenings.

Eligibility to work in the United States.

Valid California driver’s license (for in‑person/hybrid work).

Reliable transportation and valid insurance.

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.

BCBA certification.
