Responsibilities
Culture: Positively influence your peers to work toward and meet the school’s vision of excellence. Provide and maintain quality education programs. Ensure successful implementation of approved curriculum.
Health & Safety: Prioritizes a safe, clean, and attractive learning environment. Maintains compliance with accreditation and state licensing requirements as well as all applicable state and federal laws, and internal policies and procedures.
Educate, Inspire, Engage: Fostering life‑long learners, genuinely caring about children, and possessing the sensitivity and knowledge to understand a child’s individual needs while fostering an inclusive classroom.
Relationship Building: Work collaboratively with a talented team of diverse educators and administrators. Develop and maintain interpersonal relationships with families, students, and the school community.
Minimum Qualifications
Twelve (12) or more semester units from an accredited college or university in Early Childhood Education or Child Development. Child Development Associate Certification (CDA) is preferred.
Occasional lifting of 25–50 pounds.
Must be 18+ years of age and successfully pass state and federal background checks.
